A full body softening.

It’s that time of the year where everybody seems to be busy, we’re coming to the end of the year and we prepare for the holiday ahead.

So why not take a pause, a breather just before and fully let yourself be immersed into something soothing?

This will be a sensory exploration, where we slow everything down and dive deep inwards, to feel all of the layers.

For this evening we will settle into the cozy surroundings at Villa Saga. The fireplace along with candles will light up the space. We will enjoy some glögi, before diving into sweet Yin Yoga, to sooth the body and mind. After this we will dive into a long relaxation accompanied with the sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Gongs and other beautiful sounds.

No earlier experience needed here. You are welcome as you are

We provide you with all of the props at the studio.
Dress warm and get ready to get cozy.

What? We begin with a relaxing mediation practice, slip into some loooong holds and end with a long rest at the end. In this practice we will use all the props that the Villa offers to make ourselves as comfortable as possible. Wear warm comfy clothes and bring a water bottle.

Who? This is something for everybody. You need no prior experiences of any yoga practice.

Why? To give both your body and mind a well-deserved rest.

Arriving:

By car: 30 min from Helsinki. Enough parking for everyone.

By public transport: On Tuesday the Y-train departing from Helsinki at 17:23 will take you to the Kirkkonummi station, from here continue by bus 907. The bus arrives at our stop Sonnimäki at 18:19 and is about 250 meters away. There are signs to guide you. There is no bus to the train station on the way back, but either sharing rides, or getting a shared taxi are possible. We can also help with transport to the station if needed. The train from Kirkkonummi to Helsinki leaves at 21.14.
