Pilates Teacher Training Course



Body-Mind Harmony: Pilates Discipline & Mindful Movement. The objective of this course is to elevate participants' postural awareness and cultivate mindful movement by delving into the rich knowledge of the Pilates discipline. Throughout the program, participants will not only master the fundamental principles of Pilates but also gain a deeper understanding of how these principles contribute to overall well-being. The focus extends beyond physical exercises to encompass the holistic integration of mind and body, fostering a harmonious approach to movement and enhancing the quality of life.

Program Overview:

Total hours: 70h

In this program, the main goal is to master the precise execution of Pilates exercises by focusing on the eight principles of this practice. Additionally, you'll gain anatomical knowledge, develop awareness of postural alignment, and cultivate mindfulness in how you perceive and engage with your body.

• 32h online

• 28h on-sight

• 10h independent study

• 9-11 May 2024 - Villa Saga

Maiken Sarv

Maiken is an Estonian yoga and pilates teacher and educator who transitioned from Electrical Engineering to the wellness industry in Italy, where she guided students for nearly 8 years. Driven by a dream of impacting the mind-body wellness industry, she established Visible Feels Academy upon returning to northern Europe. Over the past decade, Maiken has committed herself to developing and instructing Pilates and Yoga classes and courses in Italy, Estonia, and Finland. Her expertise has flourished through engagements with diverse schools across Europe and Asia. Her goal is to bring peace through daily practice and teacher training courses, promoting personal growth,mindfulness, and holistic well-being.

Arriving to Villa Saga

By car: 30 min from Helsinki. Enough parking for everyone.

By public transport: On Friday the train departing from Helsinki will take you to the Kirkkonummi station, from here continue by bus 907.

On Saturday the 907 bus will not run, but the nearest train station to Masala is 3 kilometers from us. We can possibly also bring you to the station. The U-train
