In this workshop we’ll explore what it means to breathe, what it means to breathe functionally and potentially challenge what you have been told about the breath and how to breathe, especially in a yoga class :
Cues like “take a deep breath” and “find your natural breath” will be explored as to how they might not support a movement practice.
It’ll be a dive into ancient yogic practices of pranayama along with modern science - breath practices and excerices that can have big impacts on our overall health and shape our everyday lives.
This 2 - hour workshop is designed for you to learn about your habits when it comes to the way that you breathe, something we are unaware of for much of our lives.
What to expect? We will explore what it means to breathe functionally and how it impacts all that we do. We’ll go through various breathing exercises and how they impact the body and mind.

For who? Suitable for everybody - no previous experience needed.
Why? To deepen our understanding of touch, and of each other.
Price: 29 € per person
Cancellation: You can give your spot to somebody else all the way up until the event. If you need to cancel you can do so without charge up to 14 days prior to the event, after this a fee of 50% is held.
