A warm welcome to Sagayoga!

We want you to have the best possible experience with us, and to make your visit as smooth as possible, here are a few tips and guidelines for arriving at the studio and attending our classes.

You can find class descriptions in our booking system. For new students, we recommend our 3-class introductory pass.

Classes must be booked and paid for in advance through our booking system. You can choose between a single class payment or a class pass (3–20 classes). You can find the prices and validity periods for each pass in our booking system. The validity period starts from the date of purchase.

We also accept sports and wellness benefits such as ePassi, Edenred, Smartum, and Eazybreak. Please email us at info@sagayoga.fi for further instructions.

Classes are mainly taught in English. The minimum age for attending classes is 15 years.

If a class is fully booked, we always recommend joining the waitlist — spots often become available. You will receive an email notification if a spot opens up for you 12 hours before the class begins. If you join the waitlist using a prepaid pass, one class will be deducted from your pass, but it will automatically be returned if no spot becomes available.

Please note! If you get a spot from the waitlist less than 12 hours before the class starts, you will receive a text message notification. You are not obligated to attend the class at such short notice, but we would appreciate it if you could let us know by email if you are unable to accept the spot. This gives us the opportunity to offer the spot to the next person on the waitlist.

The doors open 15 minutes before class starts. Please arrive no later than 5 minutes before the beginning of class so we can start on time for everyone. Unfortunately, we cannot allow late arrivals into class.

We have a small unisex changing room and restroom available. We provide all equipment needed for practice.

Cancellations for weekly classes must be made through the booking system no later than 12 hours before class starts. We do not accept cancellations by email or through other channels. If you miss a class or arrive at the wrong studio, we unfortunately cannot refund the payment.

These cancellation policies help us ensure that as many people as possible can get a spot in class and support the continuity of our operations. Thank you for your understanding.

By booking a class, you agree to the cancellation policy above.

If we need to cancel a class, refunds will be processed automatically. Please note that it may take a few business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account. If the booking was made using a prepaid pass, the class credit will automatically be returned to your pass with a slight delay.

Please note: Special classes and events are sold separately, and registrations for these are binding. However, if you are unable to attend, you are welcome to give your spot to a friend.

Did you receive a gift card? :) Wonderful! You can now create an account and email us a photo of your gift card at info@sagayoga.fi. We will then add a prepaid pass to your user account in our booking system, after which you can start booking classes.

Please note that we use essential oils and other scents in our studios, including incense, palo santo, and similar aromatic products.

Haluamme sinun viihtyvän meillä mahdollisimman hyvin, ja jotta kokemuksesi meillä olisi mahdollisimman helppoa, tässä on muutama vinkki studiolle saapumisesta ja tuntiemme käytännöistä.

Tuntikuvaukset löydät varausjärjestelmästämme. Uusille oppilaille suosittelemme kolmen kerran tutustumiskorttia.

Tunti tulee varata ja maksaa etukäteenvarausjärjestelmässämme. Voit valita kertamaksun tai sarjakortin (3-20x), joiden hinnat ja voimassaoloajat löydät varausjärjestelmästämme. Sarjakortin käyttöaika alkaa kortin ostosta.

Meillä käy maksuvälineenä myös liikuntaedut, e-Passi, edenred, smartum ja eazybreak. Voit lähettää meille sähköpostia osoitteeseen info@sagayoga.fi ja annamme lisäohjeet.

Tunnit ohjataan pääsääntöisesti aina englanniksi. Ikärajamme tunneille on 15 vuotta.

Tunnin ollessa täyteen varattu, jonoon kannattaa silti aina ilmoittautua - paikkoja vapautuu usein. Saat ilmoituksen jonopaikasta sähköpostitse 12h ennen tunnin alkua. Varatessasi jonopaikan prepaid -kortilla sinulta veloitetaan kerta, mutta se palautuu sinulle automaattisesti jos paikkaa ei vapaudu.

Huom! Päästessäsi sisään jonopaikalta alle 12h ennen tunnin alkua, saat ilmoituksen tekstiviestinä. Et ole velvollinen osallistumaan tunnille kuitenkaan lyhyellä varoitusajalla, mutta olisimme kiitollisia, jos ilmoittaisit sähköpostitse, mikäli et voi ottaa jonopaikkaa vastaan. Ehdimme silloin vielä mahdollisesti saada seuraavan jonosta tilallesi!

Ovet avautuvat 15 minuuttia ennen tunnin alkua. Saavuthan viimeistään 5 minuuttia ennen kuin tunti alkaa. Näin varmistamme, että ehdimme aloittaa tunnin kaikille ajoissa. Emme valitettavasti voi laskea myöhästyneitä sisään.

Löydät meiltä pienen unisex pukutilan ja wc:n. Tarjoamme kaiken harjoituista varten.

Peruutukset viikkotunneille tulee tehdä varausjärjestelmässä 12h ennen tunnin alkua. Emme ota peruutuksia ollenkaan vastaan sähköpostitse tai muissa kanavissa. Myöhästyessäsi tunnilta tai saapuessasi väärälle studiolle, emme valitettavasti voi hyvittää maksua.

Näillä peruutuskäytännöillä haluamme taata mahdollisimman monelle mattopaikan ja toimintamme jatkuvuuden. Kiitos ymmärryksestäsi.

Varaamalla tunnin hyväksyt yllä olevat peruutusehdot.

Jos tunti joudutaan perumaan meidän puolestamme, hyvitys tapahtuu automaattisesti, mutta voi kestää muutaman pankkipäivän ajan, että hyvitetty summa näkyy tilillä. Jos maksu on suoritettu Prepaid -korttia käyttäen, kerta palaa kortille automaattisesti pienellä viiveellä.

Huom. Spesiaalitunnit ja tapahtumat myydään erikseen, ilmoittautumiset näihin ovat sitovia, mutta esteen tullessa voit antaa paikkasi ystävällesi.
