  • Merete - Movement without expectations

For Merete, movement has always been a way of making sense of the world. As a trained contemporary dancer, she has spent years exploring personal expression through performance, choreography, and teaching. Alongside her dance career, yoga became a companion – first as a tool to support her body and later as a deeper practice of healing, self-discovery, growth, and connection.

Her classes offer space for self-exploration, free from the pressures of performance. She encourages students to meet themselves exactly as they are, moving with presence and authenticity. Rather than rigid structures, Merete embraces yoga as an evolving journey – one of peeling back layers, letting go, and embracing life’s constant change.

Off the mat, Merete is drawn to life’s in-between spaces – the unstructured, spontaneous, and unexpected moments where inspiration emerges. Whether it’s in art, movement, or the quiet unfolding of everyday life, she embraces the beauty of stepping outside the lines and discovering new possibilities.

Join Merete to experience movement as a form of connection to the shifting realities of life.

  • Meet Chiara – Yoga as a Homecoming

Chiara’s journey is all about coming home – not just to Finland but to herself. Moving from Germany to Helsinki helped her reconnect with her true essence, slow down (even if her partner might disagree), and trust in the Universe, which she cheekily says, “knows what she’s doing.”

Her yoga path began with a craving for an inner sense of home. Yoga became the architecture, interior design, and celebrations of that space. Sagayoga was where she first felt she belonged in Helsinki, finding a community she lovingly calls her “village.” Five years later, the connection still inspires her.

Chiara’s classes radiate warmth and inclusivity. If you have a body, my class is for you, she says. Expect creative sequences, adaptable options, and her signature bubbly energy, whether in a powerful Shake the Dust flow or a gentle Yin session.

Beyond the mat, Chiara embraces life’s connections and impermanence. Despite her Italian name (meaning “light”), she’s a self-proclaimed “German potato” who finds joy in life’s little quirks. She lives by the idea that noticing beauty in the everyday and seeing the good in others can make all the difference.

Join Chiara to explore yoga as a path to belonging – to yourself and the world around you.

  • Meet Roosa – Precision Fused with Playfulness

Roosa’s yoga journey began in the face of adversity. After an accident left her unable to walk, she turned to wheelchair yoga, adapting movement in whatever way she could. Determined to heal, she pursued treatment abroad, and against the odds, she regained mobility. The moment she could walk again, she signed up for yoga teacher training – an experience that changed her life and solidified her passion for the practice.

Roosa brings a unique mix of precision, playfulness, and warmth to her classes. Her specialty? Alignment. She loves helping students discover how a pose transforms when the right muscles engage. Expect an energetic, lighthearted atmosphere filled with playful cues and laughter, where all levels are warmly welcomed. To Roosa, yoga is deeply personal – everyone should make it their own, shaping it to fit their unique needs and bodies.

Beyond the mat, her passion for detail extends to her greatest obsession: loose candy. She’ll happily visit five different stores in search of the perfect selection, and if she doesn’t find her favorites? No candy that day!

Join Roosa to refine your practice, and discover the power and joy of alignment.

  • Meet Brooke – Strength, Resilience & the Art of Starting Over

When life threw Brooke a curveball, she turned it into a yoga pose. After moving to Finland in 2022, losing her remote job, and enduring 18 months of job applications with little success, Brooke decided to rewrite her story. Trading her business suit to yoga pants, she dove headfirst into a new career – and hasn’t looked back since.

Brooke’s shift to teaching yoga highlights her belief in the power of movement to ground us in chaotic times. Her journey from Chicago to San Francisco, then to Helsinki, and even Guatemala for yoga training, gives her a rich perspective she shares in her classes. Brooke’s teaching style is a mix of tradition, passion and practicality, with a keen eye for alignment and a knack for making yoga accessible to all. Expect clear instructions, deep dives into posture workshops, and thoughtful integration of yoga philosophy – all served with a dose of approachable wisdom.

Outside of yoga, Brooke is refreshingly down-to-earth. She’s a fan of TV nights, candy runs, and navigating Finnish life as a beginner speaker – all while teaching yoga entirely in English.

Join Brooke to explore how movement can bring structure and calm to your world.

  • Nina L. – The Art of Moving with Meaning

Nina’s love for movement started before she could even spell the word. At just three years old, she told her parents she wanted to dance, and she never looked back. Over the years, movement became more than physical – it turned into an expression of emotion, creativity, and connection. Yoga, in particular, added depth to her practice, infusing it with intention and meaning.

With an accepting, sensitive, and deeply present teaching style, Nina offers a space for students to explore movement in a way that feels good for them. She has a particular love for hatha and restorative practices, drawn to the meditative stillness they cultivate. Inspired by art, photography, ceramics, and the human experience, Nina sees yoga as another form of creative expression – one that allows us to listen, feel, and connect.

As a passionate winter swimmer, she loves immersing herself in cold, natural waters – but oddly enough, she can’t stand cold showers! When she’s not in the water, you’ll likely find her sipping a perfectly brewed matcha, her ultimate daily ritual.

Join Nina to discover the beauty of movement and the artistry of simply being.

  • Meet Julia – Soul Whisperer & Somatic Space Holder

Julia doesn’t just teach yoga – she holds space for the Sacred with a capital S. With one foot in the world of somatics and the other barefoot on the Earth, her teachings are rooted in presence, not perfection. (Expect fewer straight lines, more deep feels.)

Her yoga journey began on the road – teaching everywhere from detox retreats in the Philippines to sun-soaked Bali, mystical Iceland, wild Sweden, and finally back to her roots in Finland. Wherever she goes, she brings a calm, steady presence that invites others to drop into their bodies and remember that they, too, are part of this great, pulsing universe.

Julia believes that your body is wise, your heart knows the way, and nature is the greatest teacher of them all. Her classes are a love letter to your inner world – a slow, soulful invitation to listen deeply, move honestly, and come home to yourself.

When she’s not guiding practices, you’ll probably find her out wandering in nature, eyes wide with wonder, whispering “wow” at trees, oceans, and other small miracles. Life, to Julia, is sacred – and yoga is how she celebrates it.

Join Julia to reconnect with your most authentic self – no performance, just pure presence.

  • Meet Jonna – Priestess of Pleasure, Wild Waters & Exploration of Self

Jonna spent decades disconnected from her femininity, pleasure, and sense of self – caught in toxic patterns, addictions, and a search for love in all the wrong places. Then came the turning point. Through years of yoga, tantra, and shamanic work, she cracked herself open and found what she was truly craving: the deep, ecstatic aliveness that comes from within.

These days, Jonna lives and breathes pleasure. She’s a tantric yoga teacher, a sensual movement facilitator, and a self-proclaimed pleasure activist who believes every single one of us deserves to feel good – every day. Her teachings are a delicious mix of embodied breathwork, Himalayan Kriya Yoga, sensual rituals, and shake-it-loose liberation. Think funny faces, wild movement, laughter, healing tears, and a lot of “WTF just happened?” in the best possible way.

Her classes are soft yet powerful, playful yet deeply transformative. Jonna invites you to remember what it felt like to be five years old and completely free in your body. To howl at the moon. To cry in the arms of a sister. To see beauty everywhere, in everything and everyone.

When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her plunging into icy waters, sipping natural wine and enjoying foodgasms, drumming by the fire, or dancing until sunrise in a sweaty underground techno club. Life, for Jonna, is one big ceremony – and you’re invited.

Join Jonna to awaken your senses, reclaim your pleasure, and remember the wild, radiant being you truly are.

  • Meet Sara-Sofia – The Dance Between Movement and Stillness

For Sara-Sofia, movement isn’t just a practice – it’s a way of life. Growing up immersed in dance, she found her rhythm early on, but it was yoga that later deepened her connection to her body and became her anchor. Her journey took a profound turn in India, where an injury during her first teacher training pushed her to rethink her approach, leading her to explore somatics and embodied movement, sparking a passion for honoring the body’s innate wisdom.

Sara-Sofia’s classes are a celebration of the joy of movement and self-expression. With an emphasis on sensing and feeling, she invites her students to explore movement with freedom and curiosity, blending music and mantras into her offerings. Whether you’re flowing through vinyasa, surrendering into yin, or shaking off stress in Shake the Dust, she ensures every experience is infused with warmth and creativity.

Outside of teaching, Sara-Sofia is a seeker of inspiration. She finds her spark in singing and playing the harmonium, immersing herself in nature, and constantly learning through books and travel. Her approach to yoga? Freedom – an invitation to explore not just the physical, but also the emotional and energetic landscapes within.

Join Sara-Sofia to reconnect with your body and move with curiosity and intention.

  • Catarina – Tuning in to Your Body’s Deep Wisdom

For Catarina, yoga is a lifelong journey of attunement – an art of listening, unraveling, and returning home to oneself. A decade ago, her first yoga teacher helped her connect deeply with her body, setting her on a path of continuous exploration. Over time, her practice has evolved into a passion for somatic movement, a practice of allowing the body to guide the way rather than the mind.

Her classes are an invitation to drop into this deep inner wisdom. Rather than offering rigid instructions, Catarina provides suggestions – gentle invitations for movement, always emphasizing that your body holds the answers. She believes that yoga is not about mastering poses but about building a trusting relationship with yourself, whether physically, emotionally, or anything in between.

Off the mat, Catarina is endlessly curious about the depths of self-discovery. She sees embodiment as a magical unfolding, a process of unlayering and reclaiming one’s full self. With each breath, she invites herself – and her students – to return to this deep trust in their own being.

Join Catarina for a practice that honors the body’s wisdom and nurtures intuition.

  • Meet Lotta – Lifelong Explorer of Movement, Meaning & Deep Rest

Lotta’s yoga journey began over 25 years ago, not just as a practice, but as a fascination with the idea that yoga could bring together all the pieces of life: body, mind, emotions, and even beyond. Since then, her practice has moved through all kinds of life chapters – pregnancy, perimenopause, shifting family life, vacations, and the inevitable curveballs. Through it all, she’s remained curious about how yoga adapts, supports, and even surprises.

As a teacher, Lotta leads with ahimsa (non-harming) and clarity. She’s got a technical mind and a big heart – offering clear, accessible instructions while encouraging students to slow down and really feel the process unfolding inside. Whether it’s an active flow or a moment of deep rest, she invites you to explore with awareness and care.

To Lotta, yoga isn’t something that stays on the mat – it weaves into everything from running and dancing to writing and strength training. It’s a bit like a personal pharmacy: some practices you need often, others only once in a while – and the wisdom is in knowing the difference. When she’s not teaching, you’ll find her moving in different ways, journaling, and marveling at the power of a good savasana.

Join Lotta for a practice that honors the wholeness of who you are.

  • Meet Linda – Movement Lover, Mood Booster & Master of the Burn

Linda is driven by a big love for life – with all its emotions, adventures, and surprises. Her path has been shaped by travel, curiosity, and a deep passion for helping others find their own version of balance and joy. Whether it’s through movement, lifestyle, or hosting an unforgettable event, she’s all about living fully – and inspiring others to do the same.

Her journey into movement began with a fascination for how the body and mind connect. It’s about feeling stronger, more confident, and totally present in your body.

In class, Linda brings high energy, encouragement, and a whole lot of positivity. She’ll challenge you, cheer you on, and make sure you’re having fun while doing it (because honestly, the burn is easier to handle when you’re smiling).

  • Meet Iina – Space to Be Authentically You

For Iina, yoga has always been a place to feel safe, imperfect, and calm – a space where the competitive mind softens and something deeper begins to unfold. She describes herself as a blend of everything she’s experienced: learning, loving, making mistakes, reflecting, and growing alongside others.

In her classes, Iina hopes to create a gentle and grounding space where you can show up exactly as you are. Her teaching is soft, sensitive, and curious, encouraging you to look beyond just the physical practice and into the roots of yoga philosophy. “Yoga doesn’t always have to be fun,” she says. “Some days it might feel off, and that’s okay too. Just keep gently showing up on your mat, however it feels.”

Nature plays a big role in Iina’s life. Whether it’s a slow walk among the trees or a moment of stillness by the water, these moments are part of what keeps her grounded and inspired – on and off the mat. Her fun quirk? She always carries snacks (hangry is real!) and goes to bed early like there’s a little grandma living inside her – but these things are part of her charm. Her advice to beginners? Stay curious. There’s so much more to yoga than the asana – open your heart to all the layers of the practice and let it unfold at your own pace.

Join Iina for a class that invites gentle exploration with the world within and around you.

Off the mat, Victoria’s life is a delightful blend of quirks and simplicity, and she embraces a go-with-the-flow attitude: “It always works out.” If planning isn’t her strong suit, her trust in life’s serendipity more than makes up for it.

  • Meet Anna – Yoga with a Sprinkle of Joy

Anna’s classes are where curiosity, creativity, and good tunes collide. A lifelong lover of movement and all things expressive, she’s been dancing to her own rhythm since childhood. Yoga entered her life in her teens, but it was during her biology studies and personal challenges in her early twenties that her passion for yoga really took root.

Today, Anna is a school teacher, yoga teacher, Shake the Dust teacher, and Pilates instructor. (And yes, she really does teach all of them – with sparkly eyelids and a full heart.) Her teaching is fun, light-hearted, and slightly nerdy in the best way. “I could talk for three hours with a brick wall” she jokes – and her classes reflect that joyful energy. Expect banging playlists, spontaneous dance breaks, and permission to laugh at any time.

When she’s not teaching, she’s probably reading about quantum physics, thrifting vintage treasures, or starting a spontaneous project she thought of 10 minutes ago. She believes life is for living boldly – with no ‘what ifs’ left behind. And she’s proof that when you follow what excites you, magic tends to follow too.

Join Anna for a class that invites you to move with intention and find spontaneous joy.
