What to expect:
8 unique practices – from power pilates to somatic shaking, restorative sound healing, and a rave-style workout combination to restore and recharge + extra fun
Personal guidance – learn proper alignment, form and modifications so you train safely and effectively
Accountability & community – no skipping, no excuses. A supportive crew keeps you moving and makes every workout more fun

Doors will open 20 min before sessions.
Take with you comfortable workout clothes (you’ll sweat, stretch and also relax – layers are your friend)
Water bottle – stay hydrated through the beats
Towel (for the sweatier practices)
Warm socks / extra layer for yin & sound bath
An open mind & good vibes
All mats and props (bolsters, blankets, eye pillows) are provided – just show up ready to move, release and have fun with the gang!
