What will happen
Arrive in the cozy setting of the Sagayoga studio in Töölö where everything is prepared for you. Soft mats, bolsters, pillows & blankets will make sure you have the most comfortable of journeys inwards. After a guided soft landing your mind is allowed to slow, while the breath deepens, and the body softens. Dive fully into a soothing sound bath that calms your nervous system. Step out of it refreshed and relaxed.
Sound bath
A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses sound to nurture your mind and body. Lay down, listen & relax. Chiara’s set of instruments currently consists of 7 crystal bowls, 3 ching bowls, 3 meaningful bowls from India, 3 Peter Hess bowls, 1 crystal chime, 5 wind chimes for the 5 elements, 1 Kenari seed chime, 1 rain maker, and 1 tongue drum. Teacher – Chiara Alexandra Loos
Chiara is a certified yoga teacher & sound bath facilitator who has been holding space for movement since 2021 after she moved from Frankfurt to Helsinki in 2020. She is in awe with finding balance between structure & freedom with movement, yoga philosophy & sounds. Always eager to learn more and follow her path as a forever student, she recently returned from a 300h Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh (India) at the foot of the Himalayan mountains. She finished her sound facilitator training in 2024 after years of using sounds for her own practice.
With sounds she finds a deep state of relaxation, integration and connection.
