Somatics & Sounds - Release before you rest.
We combine two of the most delicious things to practice on the mat: somatics & sounds.
Come as you are and find some releasing movements that strengthen the body and bring some joy. Diving deeply into the soothing sounds of bowls, chimes & co might feel extra sweet afterwards. This practice balances the nervous system and fosters deep reconnection.

Teacher – Chiara Alexandra Loos
Chiara is a certified yoga teacher and soundbath facilitator who has been holding space in Finland and abroad since 2021 after she moved from Frankfurt to Helsinki. The five elements of Chinese Medicine, classical tantric philosophy, somatic movement, and inclusive anatomy were big parts of her training. Yoga is her homecoming and her practice focuses on finding a balance between structure and freedom. Chiara’s classes are welcoming, with a sprinkle of magic, and give space for your unique way of moving. She finished her sound facilitator training in 2024 after years of using sounds for her own practice.
With sounds she finds a deep state of relaxation, integration and connection that she didn’t find with any other practice yet.

Feedback from previous soundbath events
“The free movement, dancing (and burpees!) at the start were a great way to release some accumulated stress, exercise and have fun. The sound bath that followed was incredibly relaxing and helped me find a deep sense of calm. The blend of movement and relaxation allowed me to connect with myself on a deeper level. Highly recommend!” - Anonymous
