Join Sofie for a gentle 90-minute holiday special, blending soft, soothing yoga with xmas tunes, followed by a relaxing sound bath & song. Expect Christmas tunes, cozy holiday vibes, tea, and xmas treats.

What? 90 minute class, starting with soft movement, followed by the sound of bowls, koshi bells, gong, song and more.
We’ll start the actual class at 14:30 so that we have time to land, grab a cup of tea and a snack before. 💛

When? Sunday, 14 December from 14:30-16:00. Doors open 15 minutes before class for you to come and enjoy tea and treats.

We provide everything you need: warm wool mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows.
Just come as you are, wearing something warm and comfy that you can move in.
