The practice of impermanence: meet yourself wherever you are.

In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) each cycle is represented through wood, fire, earth, metal, and water. We explore those 5 elements through movement & stillness. Honouring whatever cycle you currently begin, experience or end.

Chiara’s regular classes at Sagayoga are coming to an end mid-August. It’s exciting, scary, magical & more – like most cycles in life.  

Join her for an elemental journey that weaves together her favourite teachings of the past 5 years. Expect a well-balanced mix of gentle flowing, yoga philosophy, fascia release massage, shaking your dust & soundbathing.

Teacher – Chiara Alexandra Loos

Chiara is a certified yoga teacher who has been holding space in Finland and abroad since 2021 after she moved from Frankfurt to Helsinki. Yoga is her homecoming and her practice focuses on finding a balance between structure and freedom. Chiara’s classes are welcoming, with a sprinkle of magic, and give space for your unique way of moving.

What to expect? 2,5h hours for yourself to journey through your five elements. Wood: a gentle flow to slowly expand & take us on the journey. Fire: fusion for the heart with a celebratory movements that empower you to shake your dust. Earth: Hatha flow with hands-on assist to ground our energies. Metal: fascia release massage to let go of stickiness of any kind. Water: a soothing sound bath to dive deeply into calming rest.
