After the day’s heat, we gather to do what humans have always done… move together, drop the mask, and remember something older than spoken words.
Somatic Ecstatic Dance is a living ritual. No choreography, no performance, no right way to do it. Just you, the music, the room, and whatever needs to move through you. Sensation leads. Gravity catches. The body finds its own way home.
Guided by somatic principles and a carefully crafted soundscape, this is a space where ecstatic states are not accidental , they’re the point. Release, rapture, stillness, connection. All of it welcome.
