Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practioner, this retreat is for you! Sessions take place in a beautiful yoga studio and, when possible, right on the beach.

Highlights of the Week: 

Daily pilates, yoga and relaxation sessions. Possibility to join hotel’s own guided activities as well without an extra cost.

In Linda’s classes, warmth and joyful movement set the tone. Her approach blends strength, flow, and clarity in a way that feels welcoming and empowering. She encourages participants to move with intention, listen to their bodies, and discover confidence through supportive and intelligent guidance.

Roosa brings grounded strength, calm confidence, and thoughtful precision into her sessions. With a deep understanding of alignment and movement, she guides participants to build strength in a way that feels safe, steady, and sustainable. Her classes may be dynamic and energizing, but they are always rooted in awareness and care.

Together, Linda and Roosa create an environment where participants can feel both energized and deeply supported. Their shared intention is to offer a space where you can explore your strength, embrace softness, and return home feeling balanced, grounded, and renewed.

Linda: Strength, Sunshine & Joyful Movement

Linda brings her love for movement, sunshine, and community into every class, inviting you to move with strength, intention, and joy.

Pilates first entered her life as a personal practice. What began as a hobby gradually grew into a deeper calling to share the joy of movement with others. After completing her training and teaching her first classes in New Zealand, she continued building community in Helsinki through classes, events, and retreats. Now, she is beginning a new chapter in Portugal, bringing her experience, warmth, and grounded energy into a new setting.

Linda’s classes emphasize clear alignment, intelligent strength-building, and fluid transitions. She encourages students to listen to their bodies, take modifications when needed, and embrace both challenge and ease. For Linda, movement is not about perfection — it’s about feeling stronger, more confident, and truly at home in your body.

Roosa: Precision, Playfulness, and Strength

Roosa’s classes offer a unique mix of precision, playfulness, and positive energy. With a sharp eye for alignment, she teaches you how to activate the right muscles and move with true intention. Her sessions are dynamic, strength-focused, and designed to build both physical power and inner confidence. Expect to sweat, to be challenged, and to discover strength you didn’t know you had.

Roosa has a natural ability to motivate without pressure. She creates a space where you feel supported to push your limits — safely and intelligently. Clear cues, purposeful sequencing, and powerful energy define her teaching style.

At the same time, Roosa values balance. Alongside her powerful, energizing sessions, she also offers deeply restorative practices, including soothing sound bowl relaxation. The gentle vibrations of the singing bowls invite the nervous system to settle, allowing the body to fully integrate the work and the mind to soften.

She understands that strength looks different for everyone — and that true power also includes the ability to slow down. Thoughtful variations ensure that each participant can train at their own level while still feeling capable, grounded, and accomplished.
