A strengthening sequence combined with workshop moments to get new insights into Asanas.
We will revisit four of the peak poses that we worked on so far in 2025:
Chaturanga (four-limbed staff pose)
Hanumanasana (split)
Eka Pada Koundinyasana (One-Legged Sage Koundinya’s Pose)
Urdhva Dhanurasana (full wheel)
In our weekly Vinyasa classes we can only practice to a limited depth. Time is short, the room full, and expectations vary. This is for the mover who wants to deepen their understanding of the learnings we had so far in 2025. The masterclass will include hands-on support without manipulating the body, longer explanations, partner work, and using props/the wall for support.
Stepping out of this experience with new learnings on all three levels. Physical, energetical & mental. So when you return to your mat at home or the studio your understanding of your body, breath & mind deepened.
Spots are limited to 10 participants to give you enough support and space.
Recommended for movers with a regular Vinyasa practice – you don’t have to be perfect! <3

About the hostesses: Chiara is a certified yoga teacher who has been holding space at Sagayoga since 2021 after she moved from Frankfurt to Helsinki in 2020. The five elements of Chinese Medicine, tantric philosophy, somatic movement, and inclusive anatomy were big parts of her training. She’s obsessed with finding a balance between structure and freedom, strength and softness, yin and yang. Chiara’s classes are welcoming, with a sprinkle of magic, and give space for your unique way of moving.
What to expect? The beautiful Sagayoga studio in Punavuori will welcome you with a ready set-up and high quality yoga props so you can directly step onto your mat. We will open body, breath, and mind with a strengthening sequence that prepares you for the deep dive into the peak pose. A workshop moment for each pose with enough time to get a safe connection to the Asana we practice will bring new insights. We will combine all the learnings in a final flow during which we get the chance to practice each of the four poses one more time. All while getting hands-on support in a space that encourages you to challenge and at the same time honour your boundaries. No need to strive for perfection, let’s take it a bit deeper together. Whatever that means for your body, breath & mind.

For who? Movers with a regular Vinyasa practice who visited Chiara’s Vinyasa class at least once. Spots are limited to 10 participants.
